It isn’t easy to take care of yourself, and when the pressure is on you, it takes real strength to step back and be okay with the feeling of “letting others down” and “letting yourself down”. I admire Simone Biles – and I encourage you all- especially during these times- to be okay when YOU get the “twisties” or the “yips”- terms used in sports but I think that can be applied to all areas of life. One of the most difficult things to do as we go through the process of living is to go through the ups and downs and work through the complicated nature of our own minds.
